CBS News: Oakland City Council members announce resolution supporting reproductive rights

OAKLAND (CBS SF/BCN) – On Tuesday morning, four Oakland city councilmembers voiced their support for a statewide ballot measure this fall to establish a right to reproductive freedom in the state Constitution. 

City Council President Nikki Fortunato Bas, Vice Mayor Rebecca Kaplan, City Council President Pro Tem Sheng Thao and Councilmember Carroll Fife spoke in front of City Hall in favor of Proposition 1 on the November ballot.
